Return Policy

You have the right to return or exchange the purchased product if it is received in a defective, damaged, inappropriate/wrong condition (in a condition that has never been used). The product return conditions are as follows:

  1. You are required to request a product return via the order menu, click "Request Return," fill in all the required data accompanied by the reason for the return, and attach an unboxing video or photo of the defective or damaged product.

  2. You are required to submit a return to Centracycles.com a maximum of 15 days after the product is received; beyond that, Centracycles.com is not responsible for complaints about the product.

  3. If your request to return your product is approved by Centracycles.com, then you can return the product to Jl. Ring Road No. 150-151, Sunggal, Kec. Medan Sunggal, Medan City, North Sumatra 20122.

  4. Returned products must be packaged in original standard cardboard, complete with an invoice and receipt.

  5. Once the product is received back, Centracycles.com will check it. If it is discovered that the product has been used, Centracycles.com is not responsible and will not replace it with a new product, and payment cannot be returned.

  6. If it is proven that the returned product is defective or damaged and has never been used, Centracycles.com will replace it with a new product or issue a refund for the purchase.

  7. A replacement product will be sent immediately after the product return is received. The delivery process may take 5–7 working days.

  8. If it is our fault, such as a defective, damaged, inappropriate/wrong product, then we will cover the full shipping costs starting from the time you return the product to us and we send the new product back to you.

  9. If it is a mistake on your part, such as you ordering a product from us that you don't want, you can return the item, but the shipping costs will be borne by you. Before you return the wrong product, you must first communicate with us via email or WhatsApp as a follow-up action. We have two options, as follows:

    • You replace the wrong product ordered, and we will create a new invoice for your order, whether you have to add costs because the product is more expensive or we have to refund part of your funds because you ordered a cheaper product.

  10. If it turns out that the product stock is not available, Centracycles.com will refund the customer's payment and send proof of refund via email to the customer.
